I'm Luc Alexander — originally from Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, where I grew up in the desert heat and spent most of my childhood in the water. I started swimming at 3, and by 14 I had discovered the weight room. Movement has been part of my DNA for as long as I can remember.

When I went to college I was studying industrial systems engineering — and like a lot of students, I was slowly falling apart. Poor sleep, no social life, completely out of shape. That disconnect made me realize something important: I didn't want to build systems for machines. I wanted to help people build better lives. So I changed majors, earned my degree in Nutritional Sciences, got certified, and started training clients in Mexico.

In 2018, life brought me to Pittsburgh — thanks to my wife Lindsey, who is very much from here. I kept doing what I love: coaching real people at local gyms, learning, growing. Today I operate as an independent personal trainer and coach, collaborating with PUNCH Boxing & Fitness Studio where I rent my own space and run my programs on my own terms.

Outside the studio I'm a tech nerd, a lover of electronic music, and someone who genuinely needs time in nature to stay sane — hiking, biking, kayaking. I get it when my clients say they struggle to find balance. I live that too.

A program is a document. Coaching is a relationship. My online coaching is built on weekly 1-on-1 video calls where I use motivational interviewing and behavioral science to understand your specific barriers. We address mindset, sleep, stress, habits, and what's actually holding you back — not just what exercises to do.
The Starter Package is 6 × 30-minute private sessions for a one-time payment of $299. It's the entry point for all new in-person clients. During those sessions we assess your movement patterns, establish your baseline, build an initial program, and determine whether we're the right fit for an ongoing training relationship. It's low-risk and high-value — and pairs perfectly with the Momentum Pack as a follow-up.
Higher-frequency tiers are earned through consistency, not just purchased. Every new client first completes the Starter Package (6 × 30-min intro). From there you choose: continue in the half-hour format with the Momentum Pack, or level up to full-hour weekly training starting with Foundation (1×/week, monthly). Accelerator (2×/week, $81/session, $648/month) unlocks after 6 months of consistent Foundation training. No gym membership required; you pay for coaching only. If you're not local, online coaching delivers the same standard of accountability via weekly video sessions.
No — you pay for coaching only, nothing else. The studio is semi-private: it's not an open gym with public drop-in hours, but on occasion another coach may be working with their own client in the space. It's a professional, focused training environment — no crowds, no strangers wandering around, no distractions. You come in, we train, you leave.

The Hybrid Protocol is for people who want to maximize their results by combining structured in-person workouts with the deeper learning and accountability of online coaching. You train in my private studio and we meet weekly via video to work on the mental and behavioral side — habits, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle. It's the most complete version of this coaching system, and it's also the foundation of the Signature Program: a fully guided transformation experience that integrates everything. If you want the structure of a gym program and the strategic guidance to make it stick long-term, this is your path.
At-Home Training is exactly what it sounds like — I come to you. It's designed for people who prefer training in the comfort and privacy of their own space, whether that's because they don't want to be surrounded by crowds, have a more introverted personality, or face physical challenges that make traveling to a gym difficult. I also have extensive experience working with seniors, so if mobility, balance, fall prevention, or age-related fitness goals are part of the picture, this format works exceptionally well. Sessions are billed at $125 per session with no ongoing commitment required.
All online coaching sessions are conducted over Google Meet. Once you're onboarded, I'll send you a recurring meeting link so every weekly call is easy to join — no downloads, no extra apps. All you need is a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
After your 6 intro sessions, we'll have a clear picture of where you are, what's working, and where you're headed. From there, we'll figure out the best next step together — taking into account your schedule, budget, training preferences, and goals. Whether that's the Momentum Pack, stepping into Foundation, adding Online Coaching, or building a custom plan, the decision is always based on what makes the most sense for your situation — not a one-size-fits-all upsell.
Yes — completely free. The only thing required is your email address to send you the download. No credit card, no subscription, no hidden pitch. You'll receive the resource directly and that's it. If you find it useful and want to explore coaching, great — but there's zero obligation attached.
Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as a used session.

Session expiration: All purchased sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. Sessions that expire unused will not be extended or refunded.

Refunds: All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered only in extreme circumstances — such as a serious accident, medical emergency, or death — and are handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
